Your personal definition of success for this phase of life
A 6-week small group coaching experience plus 12 months of support for high-achieving men who are ready to focus on what really matters.
You’ve earned the title, the income, the respect of the people around you. And somewhere along the way, the inside stopped matching the outside.
You’re not in crisis. You’re not unhappy in any way you could explain to someone over coffee. You’re just quietly aware that the version of you running this life isn’t the version you set out to be — and that the people closest to you are getting whatever’s left after the day is done.
You’ve tried to fix it on your own. You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe kept a journal for a couple of weeks. Some of it resonated. None of it stuck — not because you didn’t try hard enough, but because none of it was built for where you actually are: a man who’s already climbed one summit and is starting to suspect there’s a different mountain to climb in this next phase of life — one that’s a better fit for what you currently value.
This isn’t a tactical productivity system, a way to make more money faster, or someone to tell you everything is fine and you just need a longer vacation. It’s also not for you if you’re not ready to be honest — with yourself, with a small group of men in the same place, or with me.
If you’re still here after reading both of those, you already know.
Not a personality test or a productivity hack — a sequence. Each phase builds on the one before it.
Get clear on what success actually means to you right now — not the definition you inherited at 24.
Design your days to reflect your values, not just your responsibilities. Structure, not sentiment.
Step into the identity that fits the man you’re becoming — and start building what’s actually yours.
Your personal definition of success for this phase of life
Clarity on your core values, and a way to live them daily
Dedicated time to slow down and focus on your top priorities
A compelling, written vision of your future
A community of men building alongside you
A new identity that fits the man you’re becoming
If you actively engage in the program and don’t feel you’ve gained valuable insight and a clear path forward, we’ll work with you until you do.
I’ve been in your shoes before...

I’m a licensed structural engineer who spent over a decade designing $100M buildings, managing deadlines, and climbing the career ladder. Somewhere along the way, I became a husband and a father of four.
On paper, everything looked right.
Internally, I was exhausted. My health had slipped. My marriage was strained. The career I’d been so proud of no longer felt like mine. I had built exactly the life I was supposed to build — and I was starting to resent it.
So I stopped performing success and started redefining it. I got clear on what I actually wanted, not what I was supposed to want. I rebuilt my days around my real priorities. I self-published a children’s book. I started writing a non-fiction book about the whole transition called Death by Mediocrity.
And I started coaching — because the men I knew, the ones who looked the most successful from the outside, were quietly going through the same thing.
Today, through Actively Human, I coach successful men who’ve built exactly what they were supposed to build, and are ready to build what they actually want. If that’s where you are, I’ve been there. And I can help.
“Working with Jake has truly been a transformative experience. Before working with him, I felt stuck. If you’re looking for a coach who can help you break through barriers, achieve a balanced life, and take meaningful action, I wholeheartedly recommend Jake. His guidance has been a catalyst for positive change, and I am confident he can help you reach your own aspirations.”
Luis G.“What I’ve really appreciated is realizing that life outside of work has to be more important. Our 1:1 time gave me the space to reflect deeply on my relationships with my wife and kids—something I wasn’t making time for before. Working together helped me pause, reset, and focus on what truly matters. It was a powerful and positive experience. Thank you!”
Cole L.“The most meaningful change for me has been learning to make time for the things I say are important to me. I loved writing the letter to myself — it filled me with excitement for my future and who I could become — along with getting clear on my own personal definitions of success and values. Working with Jake was amazing. He genuinely wants to help, and is willing to put in the time and effort to lift you up and give you the tools and support to succeed. He went above and beyond.”

Reserve Your Spot →If you've never been part of a group coaching program, you're in for a treat. It's based on the idea that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts — a well-curated, well-facilitated small group can get far better results than one-on-one coaching alone. Studies show results happen up to 5x faster in small groups than in individual training. You'll get insights, ideas, and support not just from me, but from the other men in your cohort. Your network is your net worth — don't overlook that.
Groups are intentionally small — big enough to be genuinely useful, small enough to stay intimate and personal. Cohorts currently run in the four-to-six range, with twelve as the max we'd ever let one grow to. One cohort runs per quarter.
One 90-minute group call a week — that's where the teaching, coaching, and assignments actually happen, so there's little to do on your own between sessions. You'll also have an optional 20-minute 1:1 with me each week if needed, plus ongoing access to me and the group in Circle.
Every call is recorded, and you'll have access to the Circle community between sessions for anything you missed. Life happens — the program is built to flex around a real schedule, not the other way around.
Fully virtual, on Zoom. No travel, no time off work required — just a closed door and 90 minutes.
You keep 12 months of continued access to the community, plus the recordings and materials from your cohort — the men you went through it with don't disappear when the calendar invite does.
